Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of General Assembly is

proposed to be held at 5.30 p.m. on Monday, the 27^th June 2016 at the

Library, to transact the following business.

Members are requested to be present.

1. Welcome and Presidential remarks – Sri. S.Remesan.

2. Reading of the Minutes of the last Annual Meeting of General Assembly –Adv.V.K.Prasad, Vice-President.

3. Presentation of Annual Report for 2015– 2016 – Adv. Asok.M.Cherian, Hon.Secretary.

4. Presentation of Annual Statement of Accounts for 2015-2016. Dr.N.Ajith Kumar

5. Presentation of Budget estimate for 2016– 2017. Hon.Treasurer

6. Consideration of interpolations and Resolutions, if any .

7. Appointment of Auditor and fixing his remuneration.

8. Election of Office Bearers and Members of Managing Committee for the next term.

9. Other important matters if any, with the permission of the chair.
